How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders within India are typically delivered in about 5-8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. In rare cases, it may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability. In regions like Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the product has shipped. If you haven't received it, please contact us at support@moxifye.com within 48 hours of placing the order.

Which courier companies are used to deliver the product?

All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on the pin code.

What happens if tracking details show that the product has been delivered but I haven't received it?

This is a rare case, as the product is usually received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or delivered to an office mailroom. In genuine cases, we will refund the total amount to the customer after properly investigating the issue, which takes up to 10 working days.

If you receive a delivery notification but haven't received the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it. After this time, it will be difficult for us to take further action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
