Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Return Policy:
- All exchanges and returns are accepted only if the customer informs us of any issues within seven days of delivery.
- If there is a size issue or if the wrong product is received, you can raise an exchange request within seven days of delivery (including the day of delivery) via email.
- We will exchange the product with the correct size or the correct product of the same value at no extra charge, and we will arrange for reverse pickup.
- If the value of the new exchange product is higher, there will be an additional charge (the difference in price), which must be paid online.
- The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded properly, and packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Without this, the exchange will not be processed.
- Refunds will only be issued in genuine cases of defective products. If the product received is defective, please email our customer support team at support@moxifye.com, providing your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defective product.
- In exceptional cases, if a return is accepted (not due to delivery issues or a wrong order), Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund. This amount covers the reverse pickup service due to the increased logistics costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the same bank account from where the payment was made or to the provided bank account.
- Please note that the color and design of the T-shirt may vary slightly from what is shown on our website, social media pages, and ads. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for slight variations in color or design.
- If the defect is found to be caused by your actions or negligence upon verification, we will not be responsible for issuing a refund.
- To avoid such issues, do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet the criteria.
- Exchange/Return requests can only be processed once per order.
- Products that have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Products bought during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
- Free exchanges are available for size issues, but no refunds are provided for size-related issues.
